Work Scope工作范圍:
1)?管道，閥架，管道配件，儀表閥門壓縮空氣供氣管道（φ8），閥組內(nèi)部電纜/橋架等所有除了閥門儀表清單以外的附屬配件。
All other?material necessary except?buyer’s?scope of supply in the part list, include piping,?skids, fitting, instrument air supply piping(φ8),?cable/cable tray, etc. (4mm orifice in the P&ID?are scope?of Seller).
2)?制作撬塊框架和焊接組裝閥門儀表，包括儀表空氣的分配和安裝
Fabrication?of?valve rack?frames, welding and assembling valves and instruments onto skids,?including instrument?air installation for all?users
3)?儀表閥門的橋架需要預(yù)制在閥組上.The?cable tray will be prefabricated?and installed?on the valve rack.
4)?按照?qǐng)D紙的噴漆要求和顏色進(jìn)行處理和噴漆?Post-treatment?and painting?should?be as per requirement in the drawings and related standards.
5)?進(jìn)行法蘭跨接，射線探傷，試壓和所有圖紙或者標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求的工作。
Earthing, X-ray?test, pressure test and other works required should?in accordance?with drawings?and national?standards.
6)?出廠前驗(yàn)收?FAT
7)?包裝發(fā)貨?Packing and delivery to?site
8)?提交文件和證明?Documentation and certificates submission
